Q: Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies recipe?
I am looking for a peanut butter chocolate chip recipe for cookies. The problem is, I don’t have any white sugar (but I do have brown sugar), I don’t want oatmeal in it, and I have no cocoa powder. I DO have baking powder, baking soda, flour, vanilla, eggs, chocolate chips, etc. Is there a recipe like this that doesn’t call for my missing ingredients? Thanks!
I figured I should give you a bit more detail about the ingredients I DO have:
Eggs
Water
Milk
Butter
Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Chocolate chips
Hershey’s chocolate kisses
Peanut butter
Vegetable/Canola/Olive oil
Brown sugar
Flour
I believe that’s it! Oh and I do choose a best answer, as always.

A: This recipe is super easy, and it’s my roommate’s favorite. He asks me to make these for him all the time…and they usually disappear in an hour or two.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookes

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1.5 to 2 cups chocolate chips

Mix peanut butter and sugar, then add egg. When all that’s mixed together, add the chocolate chips.

Drop balls of dough onto cookie sheet, and cook at 350 for 8-12 minutes (depending on your oven).

Makes about 2 dozen, depending on how big you make your cookies.

Alternatively, you can press chocolate kisses into the peanut butter cookies when they’re still soft from the oven — the kisses will set into the cookies, and that is also delicious. With peanut butter and chocolate, you can’t really go wrong :)

Q: I need a chocolate chip recipe for thick cookies.?
I use to have this recipe for chocolate chip cookies, and when they baked, they stayed pretty thick, unlike the tollhouse ones that flatten quite a bit. The recipe was on the back of some generic chocolate chips bag, and I lost it during my recent move. Does anyone know of a recipe for this, or just a way to make the cookies thick? Thanks in advance!
